About Custom Orders
Arrangement orders for existing TEGAMI works, as well as fully custom creations made exclusively for you.
We accept arrangement orders such as changing gemstones or crafting a piece in platinum instead of gold.
For those seeking a completely original piece, we also offer full custom orders — from the initial concept to the final creation.

STEP 1. Submit the Request Form

After confirmation, we will contact you shortly.
STEP 2. Consultation & Design Proposal
Through an in-person or online consultation, we will carefully discuss your ideas and propose a design tailored to you.
STEP 3. Prototype Review
Based on the finalized design, we begin crafting the prototype by hand.
You will have the opportunity to review the piece before final production.
STEP 4. Final Review & Delivery
Once the finished piece is reviewed and approved, it will be carefully delivered to you.
